To Complain is Non-Acceptance of What Is

This is a quote I shared with my groups…

“See if you can catch yourself complaining in either speech or thought about a situation you find yourself in. What other people say or do, your surroundings, your life situation, even the weather. See if you can catch yourself complaining.

“For to complain is always non-acceptance of what is and it invariable carries an unconscious negative charge. So when you complain you make yourself a victim. Either leave the situation, change the situation or accept it. All else is madness.”

–Eckhart Tolle

I invite you to work with this concept this week and share your experience with all of us.

  1. I seldom comment, but i did a few searching and wound up here To Complain is Non-Acceptance of What Is | Awakening with Mary O’Malley.

And I actually do have a couple of questions for you if it’s
allright. Could it be simply me or does it seem like a few of the responses
come across as if they are left by brain dead individuals?
😛 And, if you are posting at additional places, I’d like to keep up with anything fresh you have
to post. Would you make a list of the complete urls of all your community sites
like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?
