Falling in Love with YOU!

The reason why I created my course called Falling on Love with You is that it is the most valuable thing you can do, not only for yourself but also for our most beleaguered planet. Is this easy? No! We all have well-known voices in our heads that constantly critique how we are doing, subtly saying we need to change or fix, add or get rid of whatever we think is not okay. These voices are deeply entrenched inside all of us, keeping us caught on the merry-go-round of struggle, and causing us to act in ways that harm ourselves and others.

And yet our birthright is to become free from struggle so we can know the joy of loving ourselves exactly as we are. So, I gathered all of the wisdom I have learned on my journey from extreme self-hate to loving myself – all of me – into one course. To discover how to accept and love yourself exactly as you are, will transform your world.

A New Year’s Vow

Because this day is special

and we are together,

because the year’s starting

because we’re still breathing,

and the old year hurt,

who are waiting and listening

to love more.
