Awakening Back Into Life

The invitation is to continue to develop curiosity, bringing it into your daily life by really tasting your food and being aware of the sensations in your body.

And when it is time, take this curiosity into your places of resistance whenever they show up and bring to them the mantra ‘As is, I‘m here’, along with a couple of deep in-breaths and full exhales.

Remember, if you do this only once this week, maybe right here as you are reading this, that is enough.  We are not approaching this with the old mind that says to do this we must do it right!  (whatever that is!!)  It is enough that together we are exploring what awakening back into life is all about.
