Dealing With Anxiety

Being present to your experience in the moment is the first step in dealing with anxiety. What most people don’t understand is that in order to experience true peace and joy, you need to learn how to be open to it all, including the unpleasant states.

I too lived in great anxiety, and as I learned how to be with it, over time it lost its power over me.

Mindfulness of our immediate experience is the doorway.
